Trees ordered between 1 and 31 December 2022 will be planted in January 2023.

Description

An automated email is sent out upon the purchase of trees to confirm your order. After the trees have been planted in the Lower Kinabatangan Wildlife Sanctuary (in 4 weeks or less), an email containing the following will be sent out :

  • 1x e-certificate (for each unit of order i.e. unit of 3 trees/5 trees, one certificate is issued, unless each tree is purchased separately)
  • 1x photograph per unit & GPS coordinates of the plot where the tree was planted on
  • 1 year maintenance care for your planted tree
    **Maintenance is an important part of our reforestation project. With regular maintenance, saplings have a growth and survival rate up to 85% compared to those without maintenance.**

If you have yet to receive an email 4 weeks after the purchase has been made, please check your spam folder. If there isn’t an email there are well, please send us an email at info@apemalaysia.com

Each sapling you purchase helps to create and reconnect important forest corridors that will benefit wildlife and support local communities for years to come. Our ROAR initiative allows you to give back to the environment and offset your carbon footprint! As living and breathing organisms, trees make unique gifts as they can live for several decades, and they bring about significant benefits to our planet.

    I have nothing but good to say about my interactions with Poh Sim at APE Malaysia. I bought 3 trees to be planted in honour of a little baby boy’s birth. Not only did I get a fab certificate, but I also got photos, the GPS details of where the trees are planted and the type of trees that were planted. Poh Sim was a pleasure to deal with and I have zero hesitation to recommend this great reforesting initiative to anybody. For 60 ringgit, I was able to plant 3 trees, give an incredibly personal gift to a newborn, which will grow with him for the rest of his life and get the satisfaction of having helped Mother Earth cope a little better with the eccentricities of humanity.     The purchase experience is great, followed up with the e-cert, coordinate of your tree, and tree species that been planted. APE Malaysia also go with the extra miles and send us an update video from the ground.

    It is ecstatic to see the emerging of the canopy cover, and the returning of the wildilfe such as Orang -utan, pygmy elephant, sun bear, and others fauna to the replanting sites (camera trap photo and the aerial view of the planting site can be viewed from APE Malaysia Facebook page).
